Redfin Principal Agent License ID: WA #104855
I am a Seattle native who has been helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals since 2009. I am passionate about my career, my clients, and the city I live in, namely West Seattle and Burien, which I have called home since 2008. I take great pride in where I live and work, and I never tire of its surrounding beauty. I attribute my real estate success to exceeding my clients' expectations by placing their interests ahead of my own, providing attentive one-on-one service, and knowing the contracts and procedures extremely well. I love Redfin's modern approach to real estate, which utilizes innovative technology so I can provide even better service and value to my clients.
ABOUT ME
MY REVIEWS
Julie was very responsive to any question I had. She has a friendly personality, but remains professional in all of our dealings. No matter what time of day or what day of the week, she would respond to my correspondence in a very reasonable time. If she didn't have an answer to my question, she would either get it for me or point me to the appropriate person. She helped to guide me through the complicated sales process from listing my property to escrow. I would highly recommend her.
