We loved working with Julie !! As a newlywed couple and very anxious first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions throughout the process :). Julie was incredibly resourceful and knowledgeable, and she guided us every step of the way. During our first tour, she gave us a clear overview of the homebuying process, explained important buyer rights to keep in mind, and walked us through key considerations when evaluating homes. We ended up purchasing a new construction home through a builder, and we had some apprehension about certain contract language, especially around warranties and other terms. Julie took the time to help us understand everything clearly and also spoke up for us to make sure our concerns were addressed. The inspection expert she works with, Teresa, was also extremely knowledgeable and helped guide us through everything we needed to know about the house! We truly appreciated their support and expertise during such an important milestone.
